Some states require an Attorney to prepare closing paperwork for a real estate transaction. A closing can be conducted by a Certified Signing Agent as with the above Real Estate Transactions.

Conducted by a Certified Signing Agent documents provided can be Notarized and returned personally or shipped as requested. Other documents. Other document types could be Contracts, temporary guardianship agreements, grant deeds, etc.
